Sachin is treated like god in India, today he battled like one. A flawless innings, one that will remain in memory for a long time. Kapil dev has a 175, so does Gibbs but from now on when anyone says 175 the mind will always come back to thins knock, this brilliant gem of an innings.
It was a flawless, going after the bowlers kind of innings. In the 90’s Sachin would the bowlers a chance or two, but today there were none. It was Sachin Tendulkar at his best. Last year he hit a 117 in CB series final, a 104 in 4th innings winning chase, and this year he has been dealing in big hundreds. Sachin is like old wine, he gets better with age… If he keeps going like this the World Cup in 2011 would be interesting. And I still hope he plays in T20 World Cup next year!
