2011 WC final Warm Up Match between Pakistan vs England will be the last world cup warm up match before the group matches of the 2011 World Cup begin on 19th February 2011. England vs Pakistan warm up match will be two big teams in cricket world cup 2011 and we can we can expect that this match will produce a fine contest before the finals world cup matches. Pakistan beat Bangladesh in their first warm up match on 15 Feb, Pakistan showed that they are better team and came prepared for the WC 2011 matches. There were reduced to 58 for 3 at one stage but Ahmed Shahzad and Misbah ul-haq put them in a very good position with century partnership for the fourth wicket. Both of them scored centuries and helped the score to a very respectable 285. Bangladesh began well in their chase and had at reached 71 for 1 at one stage, and the run rate was good too. However, wickets began to fell thereafter and they were finally all out for 196.

However, Pak vs Eng will be a different ball game. In spite of the fact that England were upstaged badly by Australia in their just concluded ODI series, we can expect them to enter this match as favourite. In the shape of Graeme Swann, they have one of the best one day international spinners in international cricket today. Even otherwise their bowling is good and that is where they may hurt Pak. Pakistan’s weakness is their batting and England are strong with the ball, this world cup warm up match will test the strenght and weakness of both the cricket teams.

Pakistan had had a bad last year but have recovered well to get the better of New Zealand in both the Tests and the ODIs. Some may argue that it was only New Zealand which was struggling to get a move on, but beating them in New Zealand was good enough. England will look to ensure that the side does much better than their 6-1 loss to the Aussies. Their batting needs to click much better than how they had done in Australia, especially those other than Jonathon Trott, who had an excellent ODI series.

Match Timings: Feb 18, 2011 (14:30 local | 08:30 GMT | 14:00 IST)
