Yuvraj Singh included in India’s T20 World Cup preliminary squad

Indian all-rounder Yuvraj Singh who has been training hard to attain fitness after successfully combating a rare germ cell cancer has received a shot in the arm as the national selectors have included him in the 30-member squad for T20 World Cup in Sri Lanka.

Earlier, chairman of selectors had publicly stated that he hopes to see the star all-rounder – who helped India win its second World Cup in 2011- to be back in the reckoning for the mega event in Sri lanka, starting September.

The squad also includes out-of-form Harbhajan Singh. MS Dhoni will lead the team in the T20 tournament.
